The development of the National Parkinson’s Action Plan is being funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care. The Department has provided this funding to the National Parkinsons Alliance, a united cross sector collaboration including state and territory Parkinson’s organisations. The Action Plan is intended to address the diverse needs of people living with Parkinson’s across the country. The Plan will be a comprehensive document that aims to bring meaningful changes in critical areas to improve the quality of life and experience of people living with Parkinson’s.

This survey is designed for individuals with Parkinson's including Atypical Parkinson’s, their families, or unpaid carers to gather insights on how to enhance the quality of life for those living with Parkinson's disease and their loved ones. Participation is voluntary, with your feedback helping to influence policies and services that directly affect you and your loved ones.
