The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) is undertaking a review of the NDIS Practice Standards to guide the delivery of high-quality supports that better realise the human rights of participants. KPMG is an organisation that is working with the NDIS Commission to conduct this project.

We want to hear from providers to gather feedback on:

• Reviewing and revising the Practice Standards
• A new Quality Framework
• Guidance material recommendations

The Practice Standards Review builds on previous Government reviews and consultation. This consultation will support an understanding of the direction and scope of potential changes, rather than a new set of Practice Standards to be implemented post consultation.

This survey should take 30 minutes to complete.

You can complete the survey on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. The survey is screen-reader friendly.

Your answers will be anonymous, voluntary and private. Please ensure you don’t provide any personal identifying information in the free text responses.

KPMG will combine your response and share the overall thoughts and views of providers with the NDIS Commission. This will help the NDIS Commission to improve how providers demonstrate quality services. The results of the survey will be summarised in a report for the NDIS Commission.
