KPMG is an organisation that is working with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to review the NDIS Practice Standards (link here) to make sure they support providers to deliver of high-quality, safe and participant-centered supports.

During this survey the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission will be referred to as ‘the NDIS Commission’.

The survey is divided into three focus areas:

• Reviewing and revising the Practice Standards
• A new Quality Framework
• Guidance material recommendations

The Practice Standards Review builds on previous Government reviews and consultation. This consultation will support an understanding of the direction and scope of potential changes, rather than a new set of Practice Standards to be implemented post consultation.

You can complete this survey on your computer, smartphone, or tablet, and it will work with screen readers.

Your answers will be kept private and anonymous, which means that no one will know who you are. You don’t need to share any information about yourself such as your NDIS Participant number or provide any personal identifying information in the free text responses.

Your answers won't affect your NDIS plan, funding, or supports.

KPMG will combine your answers with other participants answers and share the overall thoughts and views of participants with the NDIS Commission. This will help the NDIS Commission to improve how providers demonstrate quality services.

You can ask a support person to help you complete this survey. A support person might include a worker that delivers your supports or services or a friend or family member.
